The Courteen Seed Building is located in Milwaukee’s historic 5th Ward and was constructed in 1913. The building has had various uses, one of which was a storage facility by Badger Chemical. Hazardous substances, petroleum product, and multiple containers and quantities of unknown chemicals were present within the building.
The Reese Group was retained by the owner to remove the building contents as a first phase to facilitate redevelopment of the site. AEG conducted a site evaluation to identify the building contents that required special handling, removal, and disposal.
